If you have dental insurance, we will be glad to process your insurance forms as a complimentary courtesy. As a valued patient, you are reminded that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you (or your employer) and the insurance company. We are NOT a party to this contract and can make no guarantee of estimated coverage, co-pay or deductible. Your portion, not covered by estimated insurance, will be presented to you when your dental treatment is discussed. This estimated patient portion is due at time services are rendered. Any difference between the estimated insurance coverage and actual payment by your insurance will be invoiced (or reimbursed) to you on completion of insurance processing, typically 30 days after service.
We accept most dental insurance carriers and our knowledgeable staff has over 15 years of experience in the filing process. We are happy to file the claim on your behalf and will coordinate directly with your insurance company.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We offer CareCredit™ as an alternative to monthly payments if you qualify. Please discuss this with the receptionist.
